Gire-e-Bait is an ancient Burushaski folk-tale song. This tale is about a mother ibex and her child, lyrics by an Anonymous poet, sung by many renowned singers. The myth around its origin is that it was written by a grieving woman whose son died at a young age. The woman wrote a song (Bait) named Gire-e-Bait (A Song of Ibex).
